Meet Virpal Kaur

A traditional Reiki Master, rainbow warrior, and lightworker walking the sacred path of healing and remembrance. I work with universal life energy to help you restore harmony in body, mind, and spirit — returning you to the wholeness that has always lived within you.

I see each being as a rainbow of frequencies — each color, each note, a part of the divine song. My work brings these parts into resonance, helping you reconnect with your essence and your purpose.

To truly heal, we must awaken our connection to Mother Earth — and to the unseen wisdom carried by her waters, winds, stones, and stars.

In 2016, I stood at a threshold. I held an advanced business degree, with 15 years in corporate finance and data analysis under my belt. On paper, I was successful. But in my heart, there was a quiet ache — a knowing that I was meant for something more.

The challenge? I didn’t yet know what that “more” was. Only that my soul was calling. And I was ready to listen.

The Call to Remember: A Healing Awakens in Bali

That soul whisper led me on a solo pilgrimage to Bali — a place that would become a womb of remembrance.

There, I immersed myself in the sacred arts: Chi Nei Tsang, Tui Na, Chinese astrology, intuitive movement, meditation, and energy medicine. Yet it was Reiki that rang through the chambers of my spirit like a temple bell.

It felt like coming home. Reiki illuminated what I’d been seeking all along — a healing path that honored balance, flow, and our inherent connection to all life. It wove together the threads of my Sikh heritage and my reverence for the natural world, giving voice to truths I hadn’t yet named.

Lineage, Learning & Living Prayer

  • Upon returning from Bali, I immersed myself in the Usui lineage of Reiki and began offering sessions in 2016. By 2020, this work had grown into a full-fledged practice rooted in deep integrity and spiritual service. Along the way, I’ve continued to weave sacred studies into my path:

    • Shamanic healing traditions from South America (2018)

    • Foundations of Ritual & Animist Psychology with Daniel Foor (2020)

    • Wild Woman Circle Leadership (2020)

    • Herbalism & Plant Spirit Medicine (2022)

    • Kirtan & Mantra Training (2024)

    • Sufi Music & Sacred Song (2025)

Each modality has refined my voice, my intuition, and my ability to hold multidimensional space for healing and remembrance.

Connection is the cure

The deepest wounds come from disconnection — from our bodies, each other, the Earth, and the unseen world.

Healing is the art of remembering. Remembering that we are never alone. That the Earth speaks. That the body knows. That love is our truest nature.

Through Reiki and sound healing, sacred plant allies, and animist devotion, I guide others to reconnect with the web of life. When we return to this living field of connection, clarity rises, trauma releases, and the soul reclaims its song.

    • Prayer and communion with my guides, ancestors, and star family

    • Sitting with sacred plants and elemental forces to receive guidance

    • Creating sacred space for community and soul conversation

    • Helping women awaken their Divine Feminine power

    • Uplifting BIPOC and Indigenous wisdom keepers

    • Mentoring fellow healers called to serve the New Earth

    • In sovereignty and soul alignment

    • Authentically, as their truest expression

    • In service to Earth and collective healing

Sacred Snapshots – A Glimpse Into My Heart

  • I have a deep bond with wild cats

Feline beings have walked beside me across lifetimes — protectors, soul kin, and mirrors of my own wild heart. I named my first cat Tiger as a child, not knowing then that lions, jaguars, panthers, and tigers would become sacred allies on my spiritual path.

My Sikh lineage carries the spirit of the lion — the warrior devoted to truth, justice, and protection of the sacred. Before Sikhism, my Hindu ancestors honored fierce goddesses like Durga, riding her tiger into battle, and Kali, keeper of transformation. These archetypes live in my bones.

In Egyptian memory, I feel the presence of Sekhmet, lioness of fire and healing, and Bastet, guardian of home and sensuality. The Sphinx still guards the gateways in my dreams.

In the stars, I resonate deeply with the Lyran realms — feline star nations known for their sovereignty, wisdom, and golden light. Their energy moves through me when I sing, when I protect, when I walk between worlds.

Whether in the soft gaze of my cat Bastet, the jaguar who guides me in ceremony, or the lioness who rises when I speak truth — these beings remind me to walk with elegance, love fiercely, and lead with quiet strength.

  • My Kitchen Is an Apothecary

My love for the plant realm runs deep. Over the years, my kitchen cabinet has transformed into a living apothecary — filled with herbs, roots, tinctures, and sacred medicines that nourish the body and spirit.

I love crafting tea blends intuitively, creating immune-boosting fire cider, slow-cooked elderberry syrup, and calendula salves kissed by the sun. Every remedy I make is an act of devotion — a conversation between me and the Earth.

I share these medicines with loved ones and will soon be offering select creations to the wider community. Herbalism is one of the ways I practice reverence, reciprocity, and remembrance — guided by both ancestral knowing and living plants.

  • Rainbows are my essence

Rainbows have whispered to me since childhood — symbols of unity, remembrance, and multidimensional light. I was guided to place rainbows in every room of my home, not as decoration, but as an invitation to embody the full spectrum of love.

To me, rainbows carry the frequency of wholeness. They are bridges between worlds, between seen and unseen, human and divine. This is the frequency I weave into my healing work — helping others remember that they are the rainbow, too. Each color, each emotion, each gift is sacred.

Anchoring this frequency on Earth is part of my soul’s mission. It’s why I call myself a rainbow warrior — to help others live in color, in truth, and in resonance with their divine design.

  • I was raised in sacred sound

I grew up in a Sikh spiritual community, where music was a form of devotion and daily practice. From a young age, I sang hymns from the Guru Granth Sahib and played Kirtan — the sacred music of Sikhism — in gurdwaras and community spaces.

The word Sikh means “seeker of truth,” and that seeking has always lived in me. My early years were steeped in the values of love, equality, and service. I was taught that all beings are one, and that to serve the voiceless, the hungry, the forgotten — is to serve the Divine.

The principle of seva, or selfless service, was not just a concept; it was a way of life. Whether through preparing meals in the community kitchen, offering shelter, or sharing resources with those in need, I learned that true spirituality is lived through action.

These roots continue to ground me. They have shaped how I hold space, how I listen, and how I guide others. To this day, sound is one of my greatest teachers — whether through mantra, medicine songs, or the silent vibrations that move through the heart.

Corporate stress? I get it.

I’ve lived the pace, the pressure, the endless productivity loop. Let me help you return to your center — where clarity, calm, and connection await.

Misfits Welcome.

This world wasn’t made for everyone’s magic. If you’ve felt “too much” or “not enough,” I see you. Let’s uncover your truth and let it rise.
