01 | In-person Reiki Session

A sacred, multi-dimensional healing experience for body, mind, & spirit.

Step into a sacred space where your body, mind, and spirit are held in deep reverence.

Each in-person session is intuitively guided and tailored to your unique needs. We begin with a short check-in to explore any physical, emotional, or energetic concerns you'd like to focus on. From there, you’ll be supported through a multi-layered healing experience that weaves together.

This synergistic combination supports nervous system regulation, emotional clearing, spiritual alignment, and physical rejuvenation.

These sessions complement traditional medical and therapeutic treatments and offer a powerful pathway to restoration, awakening, and wholeness.

  • Reiki

    A gentle yet powerful hands-on energy modality that restores natural flow to your vital systems—supporting relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional balance.

    Sound Healing

    Using instruments such as rattles, tuning forks, drums, and voice, sound frequencies help harmonize your energy field, release stagnation, shift energetic patterns, and bring you into resonance with your natural rhythm—inviting deep relaxation and alignment.

    Rainbow Chakra Mat

    Lie upon a crystal-infused healing mat that emits far infrared heat, PEMF, red light, and negative ions. Featuring seven chakra-aligning crystal, the mat supports detoxification, improved circulation, and deep cellular repair—all while promoting mental calm and spiritual alignment.

02 | Remote Reiki Session

A powerful energetic transmission from anywhere in the world.

Reiki transcends time and space, allowing deep healing to occur no matter where you are. Whether you're located outside the Bay Area or prefer the comfort of your own home, Remote Reiki offers the same potency and presence as in-person sessions.

Each session begins with a brief check-in (via phone or video) to discuss your physical, emotional, or spiritual concerns. From there, you’ll enter a relaxed state while I channel Universal Life Force Energy to restore flow, clear blockages, and support your body's innate healing process.

Reiki works beautifully alongside conventional medicine, psychotherapy, surgery recovery, and ongoing wellness practices.

    • Energy exchange: $155 per session

    • Location: Anywhere (phone, video, or offline with email follow-up)

    • Length: 75 minutes

    • Tips, tools, and follow-up guidance provided to support integration.

    • At least four sessions are recommended for breakthrough healing.

03 | Soul Guidance Sessions

Soul Guidance Sessions are virtual spaces for intuitive reflection, spiritual support, and energetic clarity. Whether you're navigating a life transition, integrating a healing experience, or reconnecting with your inner truth, these sessions offer grounded insight and compassionate presence from the comfort of your own space.

Each session includes intention setting, intuitive mentorship, and practices for integration. Optional Reiki or energy clearing can be included to support closure and alignment.

    • Moving through life transitions or spiritual thresholds

    • Integrating past healing or ceremonial experiences

    • Seeking energetic clarity and grounded insight

    • Longing to reconnect with your inner truth and higher self

    • Energy exchange: $111 – 60 min session, $155 – 90 min session; Package of 3 sessions available upon request
