"Reiki" (pronounced "ray-key"), is an ancient healing art that means "Universal Life Force Energy" in Japanese.
Using this method, I channel source energy through the palms of my hands, activating your body’s natural healing processes. We gently remove any blocks — physical or emotional — and nurture a state of deep relaxation and calm. With universal life force energy flowing freely, your body’s regenerative processes take the lead, bringing you into alignment in the exact way you need.

Reiki transcends time and space, allowing deep healing to occur no matter where you are. Whether you're located outside the Bay Area or prefer the comfort of your own home, Remote Reiki offers the same potency and presence as in-person sessions.
Each session begins with a brief check-in (via phone or video) to discuss your physical, emotional, or spiritual concerns. From there, you’ll enter a relaxed state while I channel Universal Life Force Energy to restore flow, clear blockages, and support your body's innate healing process.
Reiki works beautifully alongside conventional medicine, psychotherapy, surgery recovery, and ongoing wellness practices.
