Sound healing to integrate the Leo Solar Eclipse. Rest, receive, and let your nervous system catch up with this Reiki-infused sound healing.
-
This August brought a Total Solar Eclipse in Leo — a powerful doorway into a new chapter. Whether you felt it as a quiet stirring or a full unraveling, eclipse season asks a lot of the nervous system.
Eclipses don't just move energy in the moment — they ripple forward, asking the body to metabolize change long after the sky has settled. This sound healing is a chance to pause that process and let your body actually catch up. Not to analyze what shifted, but to feel it settle.
Sound has a way of reaching what words and thinking can't. Through layered tones — Tibetan singing bowls, gong, and other instruments — the sound bath invites your nervous system out of "figuring it out" mode and into rest. You don't have to do anything. Just arrive, lie down, and let the vibrations do the integrating for you.
This is a receptive space. No prior sound healing experience is needed — just a willingness to lie down, breathe, and let go.
