What is an Attunement?
At the heart of every Reiki training is the attunement — a sacred ceremony in which your teacher opens and activates your energy channels to receive and transmit Reiki. It is not something that can be learned from a book. It must be experienced.
During your attunement, you are initiated into the Reiki lineage — a living tradition of healers stretching back to its founder, Mikao Usui. Many students describe their attunement as one of the most profound moments of their lives. A felt sense of expansion, warmth, and deep recognition. A coming home.

Reiki I: Introduction to Reiki

Connect with the universal flow of energy and begin your journey as a Reiki practitioner — ready to bring balance, healing, and presence to yourself and others.
In Reiki I you’ll learn:
The history and foundational principles of Reiki — what it is and how it works
How to give a full Reiki treatment to yourself and others
How to hold space with confidence and care
The basics of the chakra system and the human energy field
A brief introduction to what is possible as you advance through Reiki II and Reiki Master
ou'll walk away from this training a certified Reiki practitioner, with the knowledge, tools, and energetic activation to begin working with Universal Life Force Energy straight away. Our trainings are held in person in the Bay Area and are 1–2 days depending on class size.
Reiki II: Distance, Mental, and Emotional

Deepen your practice and expand your capacity as a healer. Reiki II opens you to a new dimension of energy work — distance healing, emotional and mental wellbeing, and the powerful Reiki symbols that amplify everything you do.
In Reiki II you’ll learn:
The Reiki II symbols and how to work with them
How to offer distance healing across time and space
Practices for supporting mental and emotional wellbeing
How to clear and remove stagnant or negative energy
How to increase clarity and charge the chakras
A brief introduction to Reiki III: Master
You'll walk away able to practice Reiki remotely with confidence and bring a new depth of healing to every session. This training requires Reiki I certification and teacher approval. Our trainings are held in person in the Bay Area and are 1–2 days depending on class size.
Reiki III: Reiki Master
$400
Reiki Master training is for those who feel the deep call to go further — to embody this work fully, to step into greater levels of light, and to become a channel of healing not just for themselves and their loved ones, but for their communities and the world.
In Reiki III you’ll learn:
Advanced healing techniques and the Master symbol
How to attune others to Reiki — passing on the gift
How to create Reiki water and attune objects
How to hold and lead your own Reiki trainings
How to run and grow your own Reiki practice
You'll walk away a Reiki Master — initiated into the full lineage and empowered to teach, attune, and share this work with the world. This training requires Reiki II certification and teacher approval. Our trainings are held in person in the Bay Area and are 1–2 days depending on class size.

Reiki Level 1 is great for those looking to learn more about balancing their chakras and have the desire to heal themselves and others, as well as take charge of their physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Levels 2 and 3 are for those who are ready to take their healing to the next level and go deeper in connecting with themselves and with the Divine Source of Universal Energy. Reiki Master students (Level 3) will learn the last symbol of spiritual healing, how to attune others to Reiki, as well as how to attune objects and create Reiki water.

Yes, you will be a certified Reiki practitioner after the Level 1 training. There are three levels. At each you’ll learn more skills and your channel of light will grow stronger and clearer. At Level 3, you are a Master and learn to guide others in learning this practice.
