An intimate evening of sound, breath, and energy healing held in a private home sanctuary in San Jose.
This gathering weaves together immersive sound healing, Reiki, and guided breathwork to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic reset. Breath practices may draw from rebirthing and other conscious breathing modalities, allowing the experience to meet the needs of the group in the moment.
As the breath opens the body, Reiki and vibrational sound support integration — calming the system, clearing energetic stagnation, and inviting reconnection with self.
This is a gentle yet powerful space for:
softening held tension
reconnecting with the body and breath
emotional clearing and release
energetic alignment and renewal
resting in sound and community
No prior experience with breathwork, Reiki, or meditation is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.
This is a small, intentionally held gathering. Space is limited.

• Time for integration and gentle closingThis is a restorative, inward-focused experience. Participants will be lying down for most of the session.
Emotional release, deep relaxation, or energetic shifts may arise — all are welcomed and supported in a safe, intentional container.
Parking & Arrival
Street parking only — please do not park in the driveway or block neighboring driveways.
Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before start time.
Shoes removed at the door and placed on the outdoor rack. -
