A somatic Women's Retreat held in the sacred waters and ancient land of Harbin Hot Springs. Your body has been speaking — come listen.

Your body has been speaking.
In the tightness you carry without knowing why. In the emotion that surfaces without warning. In the longing, the numbness, the restlessness. In the sensation that rises and gets pushed back down.
At the Fall Equinox — that still point between light and dark, the turning toward the inward season — we gather at Harbin Hot Springs to finally get quiet enough to hear it.
The Listening Body is a 3-day intimate women's retreat rooted in somatic healing and body intelligence. Through movement, breathwork, voice, sacred waters, sound, expressive arts, and the ancient ceremonial land of Harbin, you will drop out of the mind and into the body's deep knowing.
The body holds so much. Tension, emotion, and memory — and beneath all of that, wisdom that has been waiting for your attention. Sometimes what we've processed emotionally is still held in the body, still signaling, still asking to be met. This retreat is an invitation to meet it.
Not to fix it. Not to release it on command. To listen.
