Workshops & Events
Connect with the untamable life force of the Earth and moon, and carry that wisdom of interconnection with you into the world. In these live community workshops, I guide those on their healing journey in reawakening to their inner wisdom and sense of purpose so they can bring the most potent, self-assured version of themselves to everyday life without apology.
Wild Womb Temple
In these circles we rewild ourselves, remembering our innate connection with the Divine Feminine, the cycles of the Earth and the power of our inner wisdom.

Our culture offers little reverence to the Mother, without which no human can exist. Nor do we fully honor our Mother Earth, without which no human, plant, or being on this planet can exist. White colonialism and patriarchy has suppressed and destroyed the ancient wisdom of Indigenous communities worldwide. This has contributed to humanity’s sense of separation from Mother Earth, and created incentives for taking more than we give - a lack of reciprocity.
To heal the Earth, we must heal our mothers, our daughters, and our sisters. Woman must find their roots and rise. We must remember our gifts of intuition and creative power, and use them to bring the Earth back into balance.

Return to the Waters: A Women’s Retreat for Grief & Reclamation
A Women's Retreat of grief, voice & body reclamation held in sacred waters at Harbin Hot Springs. Ritual, rest & renewal await.
-
What happens when we grieve together — not just with our minds, but through the body and voice? What if we could reclaim the parts of ourselves we were taught to abandon — the soft, the wild, the loud, the grieving, the sovereign?
Join us for Return to the Waters, a 3-day intimate women’s retreat held at the sacred grounds of Harbin Hot Springs — where geothermal waters, ancient trees, and the song of the land will hold us as we remember who we truly are.
🕊 This Retreat is For You If You Are…
Carrying grief — of people, relationships, dreams, or versions of self
Ready to release shame or trauma stored in the body
Reclaiming your voice — literally and spiritually
Longing to be held in sacred sisterhood and deep witnessing
Seeking rest, ritual, and return to your true self
-
💧 Retreat Offerings Include:
Silent waters rituals in Harbin’s sacred hot, cold, and warm pools
Sacred witnessing of grief, especially around the body and shame
Voice & breathwork practices to move emotion and reclaim sound
Singing as medicine to open the body and clear deep grief
Gentle somatic movement (morning optional sessions)
Journaling prompts and ritual practices for inner release
Dyad/ triad sharing circles to build soul-level connection
Optional nude soaking rituals for those reclaiming comfort in their skin
Sound healing journey in Harbin’s Events Center (public welcome)
Optional rest time, garden walks, or 1:1 sessions with Virpal (if capacity allows)
💠 Why the Voice?
So much grief lives beyond words. Singing — especially toning, humming, and vibrational sound — can move what the mind cannot reach. You’ll be gently guided in opening your vocal channel to soothe, release, and remember.
You do not need to be a “singer” — just willing to explore the resonance of your own truth.
🧘🏽♀️ Retreat Schedule (High-Level Flow):
Friday evening – Soft arrival, optional soak, gentle opening circle
Saturday – Waters ritual, grief writing, body & voice reclamation, witnessing circles, evening ritual
Sunday – Final private closing circle, optional public sound healing, departure
A more detailed itinerary will be emailed upon registration.
